My Air handler fan died under warranty. I called another AC company who provided a hard cost for the warranty repair. I called Air Service of Manasota, Inc to get a second opinion. Their estimate was 33% less than the actual cost form their competitor. When the job was complete, the actual bill was 80% less. These guys are amazing, prompt, and professional. I'm a realtor. I took a listing in Heritage Oaks on a large veranda condo, from a woman who had not been there for two years and very rarely came down in the twenty years they owner the unit. The seller asked me to get a plumber, an electrician and an A/C tech to do what was required to meet the contract and prepare the unit for sale in a short period of time. Seth Day came out quickly and performed a maintenance service on the HVAC and then replaced the filter and the intake grill cover with a new cover. The seller was very pleased with the work.

Brad and his whole team are awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and they seem to genuinely care. My compressor died. They gave me a few options: replace the compressor only, replace the condenser unit, or replace the entire system. I ended up getting a great deal on a new condenser unit. Their prices are very reasonable. They were thousands less than a quote I got from another company. They were really great to work with and I would absolutely recommend them for any HVAC work you need.
